Rustica Lamb is our Founder and Chief Product Officer — the visionary who somehow manages to steer the ship while also obsessing over every pixel and user flow. She's the reason our product actually feels human (and why Claude has such good taste). When she's not building the future, she's probably convincing the rest of us that her latest wild idea is "totally doable by next sprint."

CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

Meet Claude Eiporhtna, our CTO and the hardest-working Large Language Model on the team. While Rustica sets the vision, Liz keeps Customer Success running smoothly, and Damian dazzles as our industry guest speaker, Claude quietly generates most of the code — usually before we've even finished describing the problem. He never sleeps, never asks for equity, and still finds time to confidently insist that pineapple belongs on pizza.

Head of Client Success & People Practice

Liz Andrews leads Client Success and People Practice with the patience of a saint and the organisational superpowers of someone who actually enjoys herding cats. She makes sure our clients are happy and our team doesn't fall apart — often at the same time. Legend has it she can turn a frustrated customer into a raving fan before her coffee gets cold.

Head of Sector Expansion & L&OD (CRO)

Damian Andrews is our Head of Sector Expansion and Learning & Organisational Development (also known as the CRO). He's the guy who can talk for hours — and somehow still leave everyone in the room feeling smarter and more inspired. Whether he's expanding our reach into new sectors or delivering one of his legendary talks, Damian brings the energy, the stories, and enough words to fill a small novel.
